The United States government is offering $35,000 to foreigners to relocate to the USA Via the Construction Visa Program in 2026. The United States, with its $21 trillion economy and a construction industry worth over $1.5 trillion annually, is entering one of its busiest phases in history. From infrastructure upgrades to housing developments and large-scale commercial projects, demand is surging. Yet, the industry faces a pressing labor shortage: the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) reported in 2024 that more than 650,000 construction jobs remain unfilled.
